Kids Home Exercise Is Affordable

Many times when we think of conducting kids home exercises we first think about the cost.  Am I right?  You’re thinking about a treadmill, exercise bike, weights or some other huge piece of exercise equipment.

I have great news for you!  It doesn’t have to cost you anything!  Think of all the items you have around the home such as balls, milk cartons, construction paper, string, jump ropes and other “stuff.”

You can use that free stuff and make them into fun kids exercise games that your children will enjoy.  Some of you have already seen our kids indoor exercise example called “Scoop Ball.”  This particular kids home exercise is listed for kids ages 5 and up.  All you need are empty plastic containers with handles, a soft ball and masking tape.  What your kids get out of it is fun, creativity, athleticism and hand-eye coordination.

We have a whole e-book of kids home exercises to give you ideas, plus we have a free monthly newsletter with helpful kids exercise and nutrition tipsSign up now.  Here is our last email newsletter that went out in December.  Let us know what you think.  We’d love to hear from you.
