Researchers at the University of Illinios, Urbana-Champaign have discovered that kids exercise helps reduce the symptoms of ADHD in children. Kids all across the country were involved in this study and the results even showed kids with no previous reduction of symptoms with medication showed improvement.
Let me add that while kids exercise is a huge key to healthy children, you can’t exclude talking about kids healthy nutrition. Let’s just take candy bars for instance. They contain loads of sugar and mercury-filled corn syrup. Of course your kids are going to be bouncing off the walls when they eat stuff like that. But that doesn’t mean they have ADHD.
We recommend kids exercise AND kids healthy nutrition.
